Mrs. Chorman reported that she will have an updated record retention list for approval at the next trustees' meeting.

Mrs. Pope reported that after giving approval for Jamie Chorman to help with filing Assistant Prosecutor, Susan Weiland started to question the Ohio Ethics Law regarding employing family members of an elected official.  Mrs. Chorman spoke with the Ohio Ethics Commission and was given approval for the hiring based on the facts that this will not provide any personal gain to Mrs. Chorman and she has no vote in the decision to hire Jamie Chorman.

Mr. McClintock asked if any residents had any further questions or concerns to bring before the Board. There were none.

There being no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
